For all DU Email Account Users


CNS mailbox policy:

  • You will receive an automatic warning message from our system when your mailbox reaches 230MB (230,000KB)

  • You cannot send mail when your mailbox reaches 240MB (240,000KB).

  • You cannot send or receive mail when your mailbox reaches 250 MB (250,000KB).

Email Account Management:

  2. How to reduce mailbox size and how to prevent over quota

  3. How to move emails from Mailbox (Exchange Server) to Personal Folder (Local Computer)

N.B: CNS can recover any deleted by mistake emails from the Microsoft Outlook for Exchange within a period of

         maximum 3 months; contact CNS for help.
