What Does the Center do?
-
Creates a unified campus culture of teaching through idea
sharing and discussions.

Facilitates networking among different colleges.

Provides services to university teaching through workshops,
seminars, conferences, orientation programs for new faculty, and
reports from regional conferences.

Identifies resources on teaching and learning.
-
Assists
new faculty on various teaching related issues.
-
Provides individual confidential consultation on teaching,
including class organization, pedagogical approaches, assessment
and classroom observation.

Communicates developments related to teaching
to faculty.
-
Supervises
and promotes the Learning Support Center.
