Her Excellency Dr. Rawya Al
Busaidi, the Minister of Higher Education, praises the work of
the Oman Quality Network (OQN) Executive Committee referring to
the audit report prepared by the consultants Remarkable
Performance. The Minister affirmed the important
contribution of the OQN Executive Committee members in pursuit
of developing a quality culture and capacity building in the
higher education sector, and recognized the special contribution
and keen commitment of the chair, Ms. Annie Lajinian-Magarian,
in advancing the initiatives of the OQN.
“I would like to stress that my
university, Dhofar University, has given its full support in
encouraging me to participate in all the meetings and activities
of the OQN , realizing the crucial importance of creating a
quality culture at the grass roots level” said Ms. Annie
Lajinian-Magarian who is the Director of the Foundation Program
at Dhofar University and who had been an member of the OQN
Executive committee since May 2007 and its chair since January
2010.
Finally, Dr. Rawya reconfirms her
full support to the implementations of OQN endeavours in
accordance with the report’s recommendations. |
