DU Students Celebrate the
Omani National Day
Dhofar
University celebrated the Omani National Day at Ibn Rushd Hall
on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. More than
30 students participated in this year’s celebration. The
celebration was attended by the college’s deans and number of
the university’s faculty and students. The celebration included
some speeches by students in which they expressed their feelings
about this blessed occasion. Some poems were recited and the
event ended with a drama sketch performed by DU students.
