Omani Theater Development Committee Discusses Theater Issues with Dhofar University

Omani Theater Development Committee, established by instructions from H.M.Sultan Qaboos and supervised by the Royal Court Affairs, visited Dhofar University and met with DU's Vice Chancellor Prof. Mohammad Ali Faour. The committee members were Dr Abdul Kareem Jawad, Artist, Saud Al Darmaki, Artist, Imad Al Shanfari, Director and Artist, and Jasim Al Batachi, Artist. The members discussed with the Vice Chancellor the mechanisms for developing the theatrical movement in the Sultanate.
Ahmed Al Yafei, Supervisor of Cultural and Theatrical activities at DU, talked about the university's activities in this regard and its continuous efforts to develop the Omani theater.
