		Student Centered Teaching, a Workshop at DU The DU Faculty during the Workshop Prof. Abu Jawdeh  during the Workshop Prof. Basma Faour, Education Professor at DU and Teachers Trainer , organized a workshop entitled "Student Centered Teaching". The workshop was based on the faculty needs according to the results of statistics of the questionnaire that was given to the faculty to specify their needs of workshops. Prof. Saoma Abu Jawdeh, Head of Education Department at American University in Beirut , presented the workshop that lasted for three days. Prof. Abu Jawdeh talked about how to improve the methods of teaching and how to be effective teachers. The workshop was attended by 52 of the faculty members. He motivated the attendance and created an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm among them. We start with having help from the AUB and we are seeking to have help from other universities that are interested in that kind of learning and teaching. We hope to develop our faculty and our students in a perfect way, said Prof. Bassma Faour.
