I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the website of our College of Engineering at Dhofar University. In its mission the College of Engineering strives to serve the province, the nation, and the region by graduating broadly educated and talented engineers, preparing them to become leaders in their professions, conducting scholarly research, and creating and disseminating knowledge within the community. We are committed to deliver high quality authentic engineering education to our most important constituency, the students, to provide the necessary conditions that prepare for the challenges and possibilities that await them. Also, to produce qualified engineers, capable of becoming leaders in striving to a better community.

Located in beautiful Salalah, to the south of the Dhofar Mountains, the College is part of an attractive campus that was opened in November 2010. The engineering labs are well equipped with the latest sophisticated computerized instrumentations. We feel that the College is a place where students can obtain their education with pleasure.

I am proud to lead a dedicated team of faculty members and supporting staff who are motivated to accomplish the mission of Dhofar University and the College of Engineering and who are willing to work closely with the students to ensure the quality of education at our College.
