Assistant Professor of Computer Science
Salary and rank: Salary and rank are commensurate with education and
experience

Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee’s responsibilities include: Teaching undergraduate computer
science courses, supervising final year projects, contributing to students’
advising, conducting high quality research activities, seeking external
funding, contributing to accreditation activities, and rendering services to
the department, college, university, and community.

Special Requirements
The department of computer science is seeking qualified assistant professor
committed to excellence in teaching, scholarly research, and service. A PhD
in computer science is a must. Outstanding English communication skills and
cultural sensitivity are expected. A strong publication record is required.
Applications in any field of computer science are welcomed; however priority
will be given to computer graphics, artificial intelligence, computer
networks, and internet programming.
