The
Student Affairs Office (SAO) is responsible for overseeing all
students’ affairs in the University by; providing guidance,
counseling, activities, and services, to students at different
levels. It also organizes and supports student activities. The
office works with student groups to develop and carry-out a wide
variety of community service projects throughout the year. The
office can also assist students in planning and arranging many
student functions on and off-campus. |

Provide

Inform students about
university policies and procedures that concern their lives.

Encourage students to be
good and loyal citizens,

Support the students
financially via students work-scholarship

Involve students in the
decision making process at SAO through participation in the
University Students Faculty Council (USFC(

Provide assistance on
how to find information about housing or where to turn if you
need academic support.

Provide eligible
students with comfortable and safe hostel accommodation and
efficient transportation services

Support student
activities by helping identify and enhance students' talents and
hobbies to enable them to demonstrate their abilities through
extra-curricular activities

Provide orientation
programs for new students

Assist students in
counseling services by providing psychological and educational
support to all.

Train the students to
benefit themselves with a basic skill such; medical first-aid,
time management, self-awareness, communication skills

Boost students'
self-confidence, values and self-esteem and equip them with
skills in self expression and essential techniques required in
the real labor market.

Connect students with
the labor market through training and student part time work.
