And Mrs. Jehan Bint Ahmed Al Kindi is a lecturer and psychologist at the Student Counseling Center at the University of Nizwa. The lecture discussed the definition of happiness, the equation of happiness, and the keys and secrets of how to be happy in your life. Dr. Mahfouz and Mrs. Jihan provides some suggestions and strategies that help the individual achieve, feel, and practice happiness in various life situations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: black; font-size: 18px;\" align=\"justify\">The lecture witnessed a large attendance from Dhofar University students and Nizwa University students, and the lecture concluded with enriching discussions.
