On October 3, 2024, the Center for Training and Development of Human Resources successfully held the closing ceremony for its training programs for the academic year 2023\/2024. A large number of academic and administrative staff members attended the event, as well as Dr. Sayed Ahsan Jameel, the guest of honor and the deputy vice chancellor of Dhofar University.<\/p>\n

The ceremony commenced with a welcoming speech, followed by a speech from the Center’s Director, Mr. Ghazi bin Mohammed Al-Rowas, who highlighted the center’s outstanding achievements throughout the year. This included the organization of 23 diverse training programs with the participation of 295 employees from various departments, and the successful completion of 240 programs, achieving a 93% completion rate\u2014a significant increase compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n

Key accomplishments mentioned during the event included establishing a state-of-the-art training hall equipped with the latest technologies, digitizing registration and evaluation forms, and expanding training programs to include external courses in collaboration with leading training institutions. Additionally, Dr. Sayed Ihsan Jameel presented the training certificates to the successful participants, extending special thanks for his valuable contributions and ongoing support.<\/p>\n

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt thank you to all attendees and participants, with the Center extending its best wishes for continued success and ongoing development in the future.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
