The competition was organised by University of Technology and Applied Sciences on Tuesday, 14 April 2026, with the participation of several higher education institutions across Dhofar Governorate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; color: black;\">The competition aimed to assess and strengthen students\u2019 command of English grammar in a supportive and competitive environment, while also promoting interaction and collaboration among foundation programme students across institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; color: black;\">The Dhofar University team, consisting of six students from the Centre for Preparatory Studies, competed in three rounds, where they demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill. Their strong performance earned them first place with distinction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; color: black;\">This achievement is a source of pride for both the Centre for Preparatory Studies and Dhofar University, as it reflects the students\u2019 capabilities and the quality of the academic programmes.
