               Wabsorption rate and ability to understand. Therefore, Dhofar University is keen to

               combine the love of learning and entertainment so that the students do not feel bored. The FP

               Open Day contributes to highlight the students' talents. This day included many activities both

               recreational and educational activities- knowledge and entertainment and prove to be one of

               our favorite events at Dhofar University.


               There were interesting competitions that relate to the curriculum of the Foundation Program

               such as the Speaking & Writing Contests, Math Puzzles, and IT Paintbrush Project. These events

               aimed to provide the students with a spirit of challenge and perseverance as well as to enhance

               their self-confidence.



               One of the foundation program graduates presented tips on how to cope with the difficulties

               during her study period by citing some of her Foundation Year experiences.


               Another exciting event was the Bake Sale. FP teachers sold food and sweets, and the proceeds
