At Dhofar University, ethical organisational culture is a system consisting of “Core Values” and “Ethical Principles” that guide employee behavior, management decision-making and personal interactions.

The University, through its “Centre for Teaching and Learning” and “Center for Training & Development of Human Resources” provide regular training, based on these values and principles, to its faculty and non-academic staff.
