Position Title: Instructor/Lecturer – Part Time
Area: English
Salary and rank: Salary and rank are commensurate with education and experience.
Appointment type: Academic Part Time.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

The Instructor/Lecturer will be part of the Academic department with the following responsibilities.

Teaching FP-level courses
Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and deliver new learning methods with the ability to foster a student-centered learning environment
Proficiency in relevant technologies and passion for educational innovation

Eligibility Conditions for Instructor/Lecturer:

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

Omani candidate

The candidate’s bachelor’s and master’s degrees are in the same field of study specialization as that of the advertised job.
The bachelor’s degree GPA is not less than 2.5 on a 4-point scale.
The master’s degree GPA is not less than 3.2 on a 4-point scale.
Candidates must have at least two years of higher education teaching experience in English at recognized institutions of higher education.
In case of no teaching experience the candidate should have a valid minimum IELTS (academic) score of 6.5

Non-Omani candidate

Candidates to teach English in the CPS must have outstanding command of the English language (minimum IELTS Band 7.0)
A full-time MA in English, TEFL, TESL, linguistics, or a related field with a GPA of 3.2 or higher, and a BA in a related subject;
At least three years’ teaching experience at the post-basic level after having completed their MA. A CELTA or TEFL/TESOL certificate is required for candidates whose MA or BA is not directly related to teaching English. Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.

تعلن جامعة ظفار عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى رئيس قسم الوثائق والمحفوظات، للإشراف على إدارة وتنظيم وحفظ الوثائق والمحفوظات الورقية والإلكترونية بالجامعة، وتطوير وتطبيق الأنظمة والإجراءات المتعلقة بها، بما يضمن كفاءة إدارة الوثائق وسهولة استرجاعها والمحافظة على سريتها وسلامتها، والالتزام بالتشريعات والأنظمة المعمول بها في سلطنة عُمان.

الاختصاصات والمسؤوليات

الإشراف على أعمال قسم الوثائق والمحفوظات، ووضع خطط وبرامج العمل ومتابعة تنفيذها.
تطوير وتطبيق سياسات وإجراءات إدارة الوثائق والمحفوظات، وضمان الالتزام بالتشريعات والأنظمة المعمول بها.
الإشراف على تصنيف الوثائق وإدارة دورة حياتها، وتطبيق جداول مدد الاستبقاء وإجراءات الحفظ والترحيل والإتلاف.
الإشراف على إدارة الوثائق الورقية والإلكترونية ومشاريع الأرشفة والرقمنة، والمشاركة في تطوير أنظمة إدارة الوثائق والسجلات الإلكترونية.
ضمان سرية الوثائق وسلامتها وتنظيم صلاحيات الوصول إليها، وإدارة المخاطر المرتبطة بحمايتها واستعادتها.
التنسيق مع هيئة الوثائق والمحفوظات الوطنية والوحدات التنظيمية بالجامعة والجهات ذات العلاقة فيما يخص إدارة الوثائق والمحفوظات.
إعداد التقارير والإحصاءات ومؤشرات الأداء، وتعزيز الوعي بالممارسات الصحيحة لإدارة الوثائق والمحفوظات.
الإشراف على موظفي القسم، وتوزيع المهام، ومتابعة الأداء وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية.

المهارات والكفاءات المطلوبة

معرفة متقدمة بمبادئ وممارسات إدارة الوثائق والمحفوظات والتشريعات واللوائح ذات الصلة.
معرفة بأنظمة تصنيف الوثائق وجداول مدد الاستبقاء وإجراءات الترحيل والإتلاف.
معرفة جيدة بإدارة الوثائق الإلكترونية والأرشفة والرقمنة وأنظمة EDRMS، والإلمام بالمعايير المهنية ذات الصلة، بما فيها ISO 15489.
مهارات قيادية وإشرافية، والقدرة على إدارة فرق العمل.
مهارات جيدة في التخطيط والتنظيم والتحليل وحل المشكلات وإعداد السياسات والإجراءات والتقارير.
الالتزام بالسرية والنزاهة والدقة في التعامل مع المعلومات والوثائق.
إجادة استخدام تطبيقات الحاسب الآلي واللغة الإنجليزية.

المؤهلات العلمية

درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في إدارة الوثائق والمحفوظات، علم الأرشيف، علم المعلومات، المكتبات والمعلومات
يفضل الحاصلون على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الوثائق والمحفوظات أو إدارة المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.

الخبرة

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال إدارة الوثائق والمحفوظات أو إدارة السجلات.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في وظيفة إشرافية أو قيادية ضمن مجال ذي صلة.
يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في الجامعات أو مؤسسات التعليم العالي أو المؤسسات الحكومية أو المؤسسات الكبيرة.
