The University, through its “Centre for Teaching and Learning” and “Center for Training & Development of Human Resources” provide regular training, based on these values and principles, to its faculty and non-academic staff. The Directors of CTL and CTDHR prepare the “Annual Schedule for PD and Training Activities”, which is published on the DU website in the month of September every year.
Centre for Teaching and Learning
DU has a Centre for Teaching and Learning which is meant to provide professional development service to the faculty members of the university and the community at large. The Center organizes and conducts professional development workshops; organizes research and book discussion groups and forums; and provides electronic resources and useful tips on conducting effective teaching, research, and community service activities.
