Dhofar University Hosts Career Guidance Fair 2025 to Empower Future Graduates

Salalah – Dhofar University, through its Center for Career Services and Alumni, hosted the 2025 Career Guidance Fair on Wednesday morning, reaffirming its commitment to empowering students and preparing them for the demands of the job market.

Held under the patronage of Sheikh Salim bin Mubarak Al Shanfari, member of the University’s Board of Trustees, the event was attended by Dhofar University Vice Chancellor, Professor Amer bin Ali Al Rawas, alongside College Deans and representatives from participating institutions.

The Fair brought together over 23 organizations from both the public and private sectors, offering students direct engagement with potential employers and valuable exposure to the competencies required across various disciplines.

In addition, the exhibition featured interactive workshops and discussion sessions focused on resume writing and interview techniques, which drew enthusiastic participation from students and recent graduates.

Concluding the Fair, attendees commended the high level of organization and the relevance of the content presented. Many emphasized that initiatives like this underscore Dhofar University’s pivotal role in nurturing national talent and fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across sectors.
