
Dhofar University Honors 135 Participants in Summer Training Programs
The Center for Training & Development of HR at Dhofar University organized a Certificate Awarding Ceremony on Thursday, November 6, 2025, in recognition of staff and leaders who completed a series of training programs delivered during the last summer semester. Over this period, sixteen course were conducted, reaching a total of one hundred and thirty-five participants. The training covered essential categories—Administration, Information Technology, Leadership skills, and Instructional Delivery, delivering two hundred and four course hours and accumulating 2,415 trainee hours, with an average of 17.89 hours per trainee.
The completion rate stood at 126 out of 135, reflecting a high level of commitment. Evaluation responses numbered 125, yielding a response rate of 92.59%, and the weighted overall satisfaction reached 4.83 out of 5—a testament to the quality and impact of the programs.
The presence of Dr. Syed Ahsan Jamil, Deputy Vice Chancellor, as Guest of Honor, lent the event its distinguished character and reaffirmed the university’s enduring dedication to the growth of its people.
