Dhofar University Hosts Development Bank Officials to Explore Strategic Collaboration

On September 1, Dhofar University Vice Chancellor, Professor Amer bin Ali Al Rawas, welcomed senior representatives from the Development Bank–Dhofar, including Mr. Ahmed Al Hashimi, Regional Director, and Mr. Mohammed Al Hatmi, Director of the Salalah Branch.

The meeting began with a warm reception, during which Prof. Al Rawas introduced the delegation to the University’s academic programs and specialized tracks. The discussion then turned to potential avenues for strategic collaboration between the University and the Bank, with both parties expressing a shared commitment to initiatives that foster mutual growth and contribute to broader community development.
