Dhofar University Vice Chancellor Explores Cultural and Youth Cooperation

Dhofar University Vice Chancellor, Professor Amer bin Ali Al Rawas, welcomed Mr. Hilal bin Abdullah Al Ma’mari, Director-General of the General Directorate of Culture, Sports and Youth in Dhofar Governorate, during a meeting held at the Vice Chancellor’s Office this morning.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in supporting cultural and youth initiatives. They emphasized that such visits highlight the importance of building effective partnerships that empower young people and foster cultural and scientific activity across the Governorate.The University also presented an overview of its achievements, academic programs, and expansion projects, including the College of Medicine. The visit reaffirmed the shared commitment to advancing educational development while promoting cultural engagement and youth empowerment in Dhofar.
